Steve is co-founder and Managing Director of Discover Africa Group, heading up Operations and Finances. Steve has a great passion for Southern Africa and enjoys travelling to remote destinations to find the best products for clients.

Andre Van Kets - Director
Andre is co-founder and IT Director of Discover Africa Group. Andre heads up Web Development, Search and Online Marketing. He has been working in the online travel industry since 2002.

Clyde Hayward - Sales Manager
Clyde has been in the travel industry since 1995. He has worked at a number of well-respected South African travel companies. Clyde ensures that the sales team delivers world-class service at all times.

Melissa Sanderson - Rental Manager
Originally from Port Elizabeth, our Rental Manager Melissa thrives in the vibrant and dynamic travel industry. Her vehicle rental industry experience is only matched by her attention to detail.

Tania Wheeler - GM OverlandingAfrica.com
Tania is the General Manager of OverlandingAfrica.com and has worked in the travel industry since 2000. Originally from New Zealand, Tania fell in love with Africa and now resides in Cape Town.

Ayesha Cloete - Travel Consultant
Ayesha is one of Discover Africa’s helpful and hardworking Travel Consultants. She handles all Southern Africa travel enquiries and quotes. Ayesha’s friendliness makes her a strong asset to the travel team.

Bobby Boniface - Accountant
Bobby oversees all of the accounting aspects for the Discover Africa Group. Having made his home in Cape Town, Bobby originally hails from East London.

Claire Muzzelle - Overland Consultant
Originally from Zimbabwe, Claire is a Discover Africa Overland Consultant with a serious passion for Africa. Her experience and enthusiasm makes her the ideal consultant.

Gisela Voigt - Travel Consultant
Gisela is a Senior Travel Consultant for Discover Africa. She has vast experience in packaging holidays around Southern and East Africa. Gisela speaks English, German and French.

Liesa Torina - Financial Manager & PA
Liesa manages the day-to-day finances in the office. Her attention to detail and efficient nature keeps the Directors and everyone else in the office on their toes!

Luke Hardiman - Web Consultant
Luke is Discover Africa’s consulting web designer and developer. Luke has worked at big ad agencies, on various travel websites and now operates his own digital design consultancy, New Release.

Mandy Geland - Reception & Office Admin
Born and raised in Cape Town, Mandy is our Receptionist, and ensures that everything runs smoothly in the Discover Africa office. With a love for Cape Town and a passion for learning, Mandy keeps everyone smiling.

Melissa Jansen - Rental Consultant
Melissa Jansen handles all rental related queries for the group. Her infectious laugh and excellent people skills make Melissa ideal in her position as Discover Africa Rental Consultant.

Nadia Erasmus - Rental Consultant
Cape Town local Nadia is the youngest member of the Discover Africa team. Nadia handles rentals and queries for car rentals for the group, and loves working in the dynamic travel environment.

Romano Borman - Web Developer
Romano is Discover Africa’s Web Developer, and is responsible for developing and maintaining websites across the board. Romano’s passion for all things technical makes him a valuable member of the IT team.

Roxanne Bradnick - Copywriter
As a freelance copywriter, Roxanne has contributed to various Discover Africa websites. With a passion for words and a love for Africa travel, Roxanne enjoys her work hugely.

Shireen Clayton - Rental Consultant
Shireen is a key member of the rental team. She refined her customer service skills while working at Heathrow Airport in the UK and now specialises in 4×4 and camper rentals.

Tracey Obery - Rental Consultant
Tracey is the walking office information directory, quoting rates and rentals info to anyone who asks. Born in Cape Town, Tracey has also spent a good deal of time in England.
